Our Guest Services staff is on hand at every game to ensure your game day experience is a positive one. Our Guest Services staff are posted at all arena entrances, and in each seating section. You can easily recognize them by their red jackets. Here's a list of our arena rules and regulations, designed to maximize your enjoyment of the game.
Accessibility
Scotiabank Place is barrier-free for guests with disabilities. Drop off and pick up for guests with disabilities should be made at the Arena Gate 3 entrance located at the southeast corner of Scotiabank Place. All doorways, elevators, restrooms, and telephones are accessible.
Alcoholic Beverage Consumption
The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19. Proper identification is required to purchase alcoholic beverages. Scotiabank Place and Aramark reserve the right to deny the sale of alcohol to anyone. Alcoholic beverages purchased during an event must be consumed or discarded prior to leaving Scotiabank Place.

Bringing Items Into Scotiabank Place
Ejection
Any of the following will be cause for ejection from Ottawa 67's hockey games without refund and/or revocation of future ticket privileges: Abuse of intoxicants, fighting, profane or abusive language or gestures, indecent exposure or undressing, offensive or disorderly conduct, excessive standing that obstructs the view of others seated in the area, actions that may harm or endanger others, throwing any object, standing or sitting in the aisles, smoking inside the Civic Centre, bringing prohibited items into the Civic, standing on chairs and/or defacing or damaging any equipment, entering or attempting to enter the playing surface or player's area, wearing any apparel with profane or abusive language, failure to follow the instructions of Scotiabank Place personnel, attempting to solicit or distribute literature or other materials on the premises, entering Scotiabank Place with invalid tickets or credentials, any other conduct or action deemed inappropriate by management.
Elevators
Public elevators, are located at the Arena Gate 3 Entrance.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency, guests can be reached at (613) 599-0128. Caller must provide the individual's name and exact seat location. Public address announcements will only be made to locate a guest in an extreme emergency.
First Aid, Lost and Found
One fully equipped First Aid room is located on the Main concourse behind Sec 201. which is staffed by St. John Ambulance attendants at every Ottawa 67's home game. Contact the nearest Guest Services Host who will summon help or guide you to the First Aid Room.
Lost and found items may be turned in to any Guest Service Staff member or to the Guest Services Booth until the end of the event. To claim a lost article, fans may call the lost and found number 613-599-0100. All items are held for 2 weeks only, after which time they are donated to a local charity.
Gate Opening
On game days all gates will open 90 minutes prior to faceoff. Please arrive early to enjoy all aspects of the game.
Parking
Parking is available at Lansdowne Park for $7 per vehicle (in general lots) until Dec 31, 2012. Bus parking is available for $35 per vehicle. The Ottawa 67's/Scotiabank Place are not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles parked in the lot.
Smoking
Scotiabank Place is a non-smoking facility. During Ottawa 67's hockey games, guests may leave and re-enter the building through the available smoking areas behind Sections 208 and 215 to smoke outdoors, one location outside at Gate 1 and one located outside Gate 2. Guests will be reminded that they need to have their tickets scanned in and out.
