Our guest services staff is on hand at every game to ensure your game day experience is a positive one. Our Guest Services Staff are posted at all arena entrances, and in each seating section. You can easily recognize them by their red jackets. Here's a list of our arena rules and regulations, designed to maximize your enjoyment of the game.
Accessibility
The RONA Centre is barrier-free for guests with disabilities. Drop off and pick up for guests with disabilities should be made at the Arena Gate 1 entrance (off of Bank Street). All doorways, elevators, restrooms, and telephones are accessible.
Alcoholic Beverage Consumption
The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19. Proper identification is required to purchase alcoholic beverages. The RONA Centre and Aramark reserve the right to deny the sale of alcohol to anyone. Alcoholic beverages purchased during an event must be consumed or discarded prior to leaving the RONA Centre.
Bag Inspection Policy
Banners
Banners can hang only by rope, string or non-marking tape and cannot obstruct the view of other fans or any permanent RONA Centre or sponsorship signs. Banners must avoid being profane, commercial, political or non-hockey related. Signs cannot be constructed of wood or metal material. The Ottawa 67's reserve the right to remove any banner or sign that is deemed inappropriate.
Bringing Items Into The Urbandale Centre
Ejection
Any of the following will be cause for ejection from Ottawa 67's hockey games without refund and/or revocation of future ticket privileges: Abuse of intoxicants, fighting, profane or abusive language or gestures, indecent exposure or undressing, offensive or disorderly conduct, excessive standing that obstructs the view of others seated in the area, actions that may harm or endanger others, throwing any object, standing or sitting in the aisles, smoking inside the RONA Centre, bringing prohibited items into the RONA, standing on chairs and/or defacing or damaging any equipment, entering or attempting to enter the playing surface or player's area, wearing any apparel with profane or abusive language, failure to follow the instructions of RONA Centre personnel, attempting to solicit or distribute literature or other materials on the premises, entering the RONA Centre with invalid tickets or credentials, any other conduct or action deemed inappropriate by management.
Elevators
Public elevators, for use by guests with disabilities, are located at the Arena Gate 1 Entrance beside the Lansdowne Park Administration offices.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency, guests can be reached at (613) 232-6767. Caller must provide the individual's name and exact seat location. Public address announcements will only be made to locate a guest in an extreme emergency.
First Aid, Lost and Found
One fully equipped First Aid room is located at Arena Gate 1 of the RONA Centre (behind Section 11) which is staffed by St. John Ambulance attendants at every Ottawa 67's home game. Contact the nearest Guest Services Host who will summon help or guide you to the First Aid Room. Lost and found items may be turned in to any Guest Service Staff member or to the Ottawa 67's office at Arena Gate 4. To claim a lost article, fans may call the Ottawa 67's at (613) 232-6767 X 241 or they may call the RONA Centre at (613) 580-2428 ext. 23060 the next business day.
Gate Opening
On game days all gates will open 90 minutes prior to faceoff. Please arrive early to enjoy all aspects of the game.
Parking
Parking is available at Lansdowne Park for $5 per vehicle. There are two entrances off of Bank Street and two entrances off of the Queen Elizabeth Driveway. Bus parking is available for $20 per vehicle. The Ottawa 67's are not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles parked in the lot.
Smoking
The RONA Centre is a non-smoking facility. During Ottawa 67's hockey games, guests may leave and re-enter the building through the available smoking areas behind Sections 15 and 25 to smoke outdoors. Guests will be reminded that they need a torn game ticket to enable them to re-enter the RONA Centre.
