The Ottawa 67’s announced today that Elgin Reid has been dealt to the Owen Sound Attack in exchange for Owen Sound’s 2nd Round Pick in 2008. A native of Milton, Ontario, Reid was in his fourth season with the Ottawa 67’s and was serving as co-captain this year with fellow defenceman Derek Joslin. The nineteen year old blueliner had three goals and nine assists so far this season with the 67’s. Reid will return to the Ottawa Civic Centre on Sunday, February 4 when Owen Sound visits Ottawa for 2:00 p.m. game against the 67’s. For more information, Contact Bryan Cappell at 232-6767 ext. 224
