Birthday Questions and Answers:

Q: Is parking included?
A: No, it is $5.00 / car

Q: What time should parents drop kids off?
A: Friday – 7:00 pm; However doors open at 6:30pm & game time is 7:30pm.
    Sunday - 1:30pm; However doors open at 12:30pm & game time is 2:00pm

Q: Where should parents pick up and drop off kids?
A: Arena Gate 1, off of Bank Street. Please note one adult from the party should wait at the doors for the kids.

Q: What time is the game over?
A: Friday: 9:45pm and Sundays 4:15-30. Pick up at Arena Gate 1 (same as drop off.)

Q: Who do I talk to about food/ beverage?
A: Aramark owns the rights to all food and beverage, therefore no outside food is to be brought into the building unless approved ahead of time.

Q: Can I fit more people in the suite?
A: The 16 seater can fit up to 20 people however its an extra $30.00/ person. Fire regulation prohibits anymore people in the 10 and 12 seaters.

Q: Can I order extra items for Loot Bags?
A: Yes, you can order loot bag items from Gunn Media. Click here to see the inexpensive packages starting at $5.
